My best friend is a heating and cooling guy........today he says to me why don't you tap into your supply from the street, the pressure is good the temp is great (52F from the tap for cold). I could set up a line and a eletronic valve that would start and stop the flow when you booted up...or shut down...............I................was stunned........................................... ..what do you guys think? Direct die cooling no bong just a couple of copper lines.....no pump..............it's too simple to work................ya think?

I don't know anything about street lines, but I'd make sure you had a good waterblock that could stand a fair ammount of pressure.

That would be one hell of a waterbill too.

Just the slightest bit wasteful on the water don't you think? :)
Also you can't use any anti-corrosion additives. I think Bladerunners underground tank idea is better for underground water cooling.
