Anyone use one of these? Like the Logitech Squeezebox.
I'm a radio-talkshow junkie.
All of my favorite stations either switched to "right-wing" spew or folded up.
So the only option is XM or internet. Seeing I listen to internet radio in the house, I need something I can plug in my stereo outside to listen to..

I have a Squeezebox Duet and another Squeezebox receiver...one of the best gadgets Ive ever owned, hands down. You can get a Squeezebox receiver and control it with your computer or other wifi device no problem, you dont even need the Duet remote. You can pick up the receivers on eBay for ~$130.

I wonder if I should just look for a cheap wi-fi laptop..?
How do you tune in stations/programs on those devices? Or do they come pre-programmed?
Cuz I'm looking to get a Seattle talkshow program.

You can tune anything with a Squeezebox. When you install SqueezeCenter on your "server", it has all types of online radio, such as Pandora, Last.fm, Slacker, etc...it has em all. It also does local radio, all over wifi. Its pretty easy to set up. You can even run it over a wired network no problem.
