I AM NEW TO OVERCLOCKING BUT FROM WHAT I'VE READ IN YOURS AND OTHER FORUMS HEAT IS THE MAIN CONCERN.
MY QUESTION IS IF I WOULD BUY A SWIFTECH COOLER COULD I COMBINE THAT WITH A PELTIER AND HAVE AN EVEN BETTER EFFECT?
WOULD I USE THERE HEATSINK(SWITECH) OR WOULD I HAVE TO JUST USE THE PELTIER? WANT TO CRANK IT UP TO 850+.

First of all welcome to Overclockers.com. If your planning on using a peltier with a heatsink even something like the swifty you shouldn't use it on an athlon. If you have a processor that puts out much less heat like a p3 you can use an aircooled peltier setup. If you really want the best cooling you can use a peltier with water cooling. Peltires are great but they can be dangerous to your system since you will get condensation. I would either stick with streight air cooling or go with streight water cooling. If you feal comfetable with your water cooling you can then add a peltier at any time.

You cant go wrong with the swifty. Water cooling is the only next logical step.

Computerman, you might want to invest in a keyboard with a working caps lock key, yours appears to be stuck on.

It's difficult to read and makes it look like you are shouting all the time.
