Hello well Im building the computer now and I wanted to know what is the Gsata the purple looking one there only 2 of them then there the other regular ones which are 5 orange ones which is the normal ones but what is the speical purple gsata ones, do i connect the gsata0 to the harddrive or the normal sata 0 to the harddrive.

I believe the purple ones go through the JMicron controller, and the normal ones use the ICH10R controller. From what I've read, the ICH10R is a better controller, so I'd recommend using the normal plugs. It looks like the only use for plugging in a SATA drive to the JMicron controller is if you want to mix SATA and IDE devices in a RAID array.
