Gigabyte Ga-ex38-ds5

Hi

Please can anyone give me some info I have a GA-EX38-DS5 with C2D 6600 and 4 gig of ram I need do down grade to a mico ATX system and I was looking at this board GA-EG45M-DS2H what I want to know would I notice any difference speed wise I don’t play games but I do is a lot of video editing.
