what should i use to duct?

look at my pic and hook me up with some suggestions on what i should use to duct my fan from my heatercore.

Card and duct tape, duct tape alone, some thin Al sheet (some flashing maybe) and duct tape... ;)

cardboard sounds good. lemme go see if i can find some. or i'll try using one of those styrofoam plates that have the red meat from the groceries on it. the one that kinda has a 'U' shape.
