I have a Swiftech MCX462 with Panaflo H1A 80mm. Should the fan be blowing in out blowing out? On my dads pentium 4, the fan blows out and this temps are at 30*C fully loaded, and my my friend has a Duron with a Vantec Heatsink fan blowing in towards CPU, and its 44*C. so which would be better blowing in or blowing out? I have a AMD Athlon TB 1.33ghz btw.

Blowing in. You won't get good results with that fan though.

Swiftech`s are made to have the air blown on them. I have the MC462 with a 80mm 68c.f.m. Delta and while folding get temps of 31C and that`s on a 1.1gig T-bird O.C.ed to 1266MHz.
