interference

got a new mobo [asus M3A deluxe] and all great with it.sometimes however i hear like interference on folms.iv tried turning programs off like folding at home gpu n cpu ones and other bits n bobs.it sounds like spots of low frequency sound.i was wondering if anyone had any idea what could be causing it.i had same prob with old mobo so its not that plus mt radeon wasnt bought then either.the only things the same are hdrive.psu [450 wt cheapy] ,heatsink,:shrug: any ideas?

any ground loop isolator will cure it.

UPS - would also remove ground noise but costs ten or so times more.
