Tips on clocking my Radeon 8500 retail...

Ok, I'v egot my radeon modded with the crystal orb and the copper ramsinks. MMMMMMM gravy...

Now, I have powerstrip installed and have benchemarked using 3d2001 and I'm now getting 8300+. My questions revolve around which component oc's higher? The GPU or the ddr?, and, I see two sets of numbers when people are giving their overclock figures. Something like, 275/390 290/500. What are these numbers? I'm pretty sure the first number is the freq in MHz but the second number is...?

it is (core mhz/memory mhz) also on the 8500 i believe that the memory is the limit in performance.....go 5-10 mhz up then run 3dmar and repeat its always worked for me....
