GA p35 bios(flash back)

Hi,

I have recently updated my bios to f6a BETA bios on my ep35-ds3p from F2 bios. Can anyone tell me how to change it back to my normal F2 BIOS because i am having all sorts of problems with my computer and my FPS in game has decreased by a lot

I have been reading that you can just simply flash it again to change it back am i right?

Dose anyone know correct way to flash it back?

you should be able to flash it back in the same way you flashed it.

I have just tried what you have suggested Sam but when i do flash it to the F3 BIOS it just keeps on trying to post so i had to clear the CMOS and flash it back to the f6a BIOS which i do not want.

Any other suggestions out there?
