Looking to put 24GB of DDR3 into a Supermicro X8STE mobo. I am looking for 12GB kits with the following specs:

- Configured as 3 x 4GB
- Can be any of the following: PC3-6400, PC3-8500, PC3-10600 and PC3-12800 (prefer the fastest available)
- Have to be ECC
- Have to unbuffered

Anyone know a manufacturer making kits that meet these specs?

LOL at those who think that if "Newegg" doesn't have it then it doesn't exist. Newegg is more for mainstream components whereas JPS is asking for more of a specialty RAM that is harder to find but definitely exists. Modules that are ECC are also usually registered (buffered) for both stability and scalability, but there is a performance hit when using registered memory. Fortunately, as per JPS' request, there are manufacturers like Micron and Samsung that produce 4GB DDR3 non-registered (unbuffered) ECC modules, however they do not sell them as kits, only individually, so if you want 24 GB, you'll have to buy 6 modules separately instead of two 12GB (4GB x 3) kits.

Thank you sir!

Crucial also has the larger kits. Be warned... The single 8gig modules are OUTRAGEOUSLY priced!!! They also carry the non-ECC stuff here.

Your best bet to find large module sizes. Is to go directly to the manufacturer. It looks to be a while. Before the large modules sizes are going to be in the general retail market. In turn, no sweet prices for DDR3 >4gig modules.
......I am awaiting a nice price drop for large DDR3 (non-ECC) modules myself.

Thanks for the laugh about if Newegg does not carry it. It does not exist..
