How do you office add-ons?

I tried to go into the costumize option and kill from there but it just came back as soon as I rebooted the program.

For office 2003:

go to tools > templates and add-ins

in the templates and add-ons dialog box, untick the checkbox for the corresponding add-in that you want to uninstall

Click the OK button to uninstall the add-in.
Click the UNINSTALL button to delete the add-in

for 2007 I don't know, and I couldn't find any information
