Short Answer: Yes

Longer Answer: Yes, but you can't run 3-way SLI and a PhysX card due to only having 7 expansion slots and the bottom video card would require an 8th slot

Don't want 3 way Sli, but do want 2 way sli, 2 gtx 295s on it. I want a PhysX GPU, and a PCIe raid controller for Raid 0 4x OCZ vertex 30gb drives, as well as a pcie 1x soundcard and 2x 2TB WD "Green" hdds, and a mini usb internal card reader. I might just skip the PhysX and raid controller, and grab a bloodrage.

i think you could do the 2 gtx 295s, the physx card, one pcie 1x card, and one PCI card based on the layout of the slots.
