how would you add attach file to this?

I just got this task to do and i was wondering how hard it would be to add a attach file (with a browse button) and that would let candidates attach there resumes.

it seems like it will store it in the host I just want to attach it to the email is that fools gold?

Ahh gotcha.

I don't have much experience either, which is why if I was doing it I'd have to find the right script or tool which makes it easier. I looked a bit more, and this script may be what your looking for. It sounds like it requires the file to be uploaded to the host, but then it also forwards that upload on as an attachment to the email.
