thanks for the help i ended up stuffing all the wires between the mobo side of the case and the optical drive casing. i used to run at 55c on prime but now i dont go any higher than 51c. i didnt relize what a huge difference moving the wires would help out my cpu temp. im ****ed i waited this long to do it.
Now post up some pics so we can see your handy work.

Sorry i have no before pictures but it was alot worse than this i had all the wires crammed into the optical drive bays. they were siting on the cpu fan heatsink fins and hanging infront of the fan. Its nothing beautiful but its much better temp wise.

If you don't have a fan there, the top 5.25" bays are great places to stash cables in non-wire-management-friendly cases. just bundle them with wire ties far enough away from the PSU to reach, then use additional wire ties to attach them to the side of the bay.
The recent re-do of my system was done with that exact PSU. While the RC690 is good for cable management, it still took me ten minutes to get the side panel put back on! Here are some pics (http://www.ocforums.com/showpost.php?p=6059319&postcount=1698). I'd take one of the back, but can't bring myself to remove that side panel again. :p

the thing that gets me about trying to get decent wiring is the headers for front audio and USB and the sort, i have never had a mobo with decent places for both
atlease you have SATA optical drives.
what i wind up doing is snaking the header plugs in along the top of the motherboard between slots or capacitors and what not, i take the 4 pin fans and i rotate them so the wires comming out of them are closer to the motherboard and then i string them up behind the mobo tray or PSU and connect them to power up there and i try and use the least ammount of leads as possible so i generally wind up using one string for hard drives one for optical and then cut that zip tie at the top and run what you can above or behind the PSU or behind the mobo tray if you have room you'll almost always have space behind the mobo tray and the other pannel.
dont try to stuff them back there as a bundle because it wont work flatten them out so its one lead at a time, i also run the slack for ATX and the top optical drive behind the tray aswell
