anyone use riva tuner? if so, what's the difference between low level hardware ocing and driver level hardware ocing??

Low level is programming the BIOS to apply overclocked settings. Driver is programming in the Windows registry the overclocked settings. Basically the first is hardware and the second is software.

Exactly. If you have a dual boot of Linux and Windows then you should use low level oc'ing so that it's overclocked in Linux as well as Windows.
