I wanted to start a "self-help" thread for all of us P6T/i7-920 users out there. To start things off, here are some good reviews on the P6T that I've run across:

Heatsinks/Temps
I started with the stock Intel heatsink and was getting idle temps of about 50C but under load they were going through the roof! So I went shopping for an aftermarket heatsink. Based on this review, I decided on the Xigmatek Dark Knight which cost me $46.99 shipped. I decided on the Dark Knight because it was the cheapest of the best. I really had a battle getting the Intel heatsink off then I found this. Doh! Once I managed to get the stock Intel heatsink off, I sense it wasn't seated very well on the CPU and that there wasn't enough pressure to get good head transfer between the CPU and the heatsink. Installation of the Dark Knight was pretty straightforward. The unit is tall with not a lot of room to spare for the case side cover but that's okay though. I like that the unit is pretty narrow so it really doesn't cover up or restrict access to much on the motherboard. Initial testing on temps are about 33C idle and 56C under full load with all stock voltages and settings. This should give me some room to push things a bit when I get to overclocking.
HardOCP's Overclock
In HardOCP's review, they overclocked the i7-920 to 4.0ghz (200 X 20) with the following voltages:
CPU 1.4375V
CPU PLL 2.1V
RAM 1.70V
QPI 1.40V
IOH 1.36V
IOH PCI 1.8V
ICH 1.40V
ICH PCI 1.8V
