Hey I was wondering if anyone knows of a case that can fit an XSPC 240 and 360 with minimum modding? I want 2 loops but want to keep the case clean. Other than the TJ07

head over to Mountain Mods, tons of choices and options.

You've only got a couple options when working with those rads. You could go for a Mountain Mods case, buy a large case and put the 360 on top and the 240 on the bottom, or go with a TJ-07 or a similar Lian-Li style and put both rads in the bottom compartment.

My Cosmos S fits a MCR320 and MCR220 just fine. I have a 5.25" fan controller, DVD drive, and am able to use 3 of the 4 slots in the 4-in-3 hard drive holder. Here's how I have it set up, my build thread got pushed to the second page.

Mountain Mods, as stated, will allow the easiest/most mounting with no modding. only downside is their cost.
Here are a few pics of my Mountain Mod Pinnacle 24.
I chose 3x120mm up top, however, you could opt for 4x120mm. only downside is no dvd drive in top 5.25" bay if you mount a 4x120 rad up there.
As well, you can easily mount any size rad off the back and up to a 3x120, like i have, in the front.
as well, with some modding, the possibilities are endless, including a 4x120mm on your side panel.

also, for a bit more, the guys at Mountain Mods will do just about anything to the case you can think off.
