How do I change RWIN in Win XP?

Where do I go in Win XP's registry to change the RWIN value? Thank you.

Can't find the RWIN or any related values in my registry that show in speedguide.net for WinXP. Used the find function in regedit and still can't find any. Wasn't a problem with Win 98 but I'm lost with Win XP. Thanks.
