How to Fix This?

I have this in the log of my smp:

NOTE: The tpr file used for this simulation is in an old format, for less memory usage and possibly more performance create a new tpr file with an up to date version of grompp


Is this something that I need to fix? If so, how?

I only know enough Linux to install the client, not enough to fix things.

Should I just forget about it? It's been in the log for months and seems to be folding just fine.

The OS is Ubuntu Hardy Heron 8.04.
