NEWBIE ALERT!:
I was wondering how many fans can I fit on a SY-K7V DRAGON+ mobo. Just wondering, I mean, I would bust out with the water cooling method, but I'm too much of a newbie to try that stuff :( Thanks in advance!
you can have as many fans as your little heart desires, but you have to think about air flow and pressure.....water cooling actually isn't that hard and i reccomend it

It depends more on your powersupply. Your motherboard has sockets for 3 pin fans and it can have as many fans as there are sockets. Most case fans and HD coolers connect to the powersupply's molex connector. As long as you do not overload the powersupply you can have as many as you can fit in the case. I think I have 19 fans right now.

Where would I plug the power in, once the alloted slots on my motherboard is full?

There are 2 different kinds of connectors on the fans, a 3 pin and a 4 pin. The 3 pins plug into the motherboard. The 4 pins connect to the powersupply conectors, just like a hard drive or CD-ROM does. Most 4 pin fans have a pass through so you can plug them in chains, they do not block the connector.

I understand now... thanks for the info/help! :p
the amount isn't probably as important as where.
a well laid out box can out perform one that is working agains't itself, the trick is working out what you need and where to put them.
you will more than likely find other articles on this site but here are some obvious suggestions.
dont place fans directly oppsite each other if they are the same power they will canel each other out, you will have the noise of 2 fans with no benifit.
look at air flow 6 fans that equal the same airflow as one will be harder to fit harder to wire and more than likely less efficent
(if some of the six are badly positioned due to limited space)
what will work in theory doesn't necessarilly work in practice
double check before cutting or choping anything.
make changes in small step and evaluate after each step so you can see where gains have been made.
these are a few off the top of my head hope they help.

Just rememeber not to put to much stress on the Fna header. I think it can only handle like 4.4 volts. So I wouldn't try to run any kind of Delta off of it or something like the 120mm YS-Tech.

if you have a good solid 300W or more powersupply
right now i have a 300W Sparkle powersupply that is running my whole box, including 2 harddrives, 1 cd drive, 1 cd burner and 6 case fans, and it is handeling them quite nicely
