This may sound like a stupid question but what is cas latency?Do you want a higher or lower amount?

Here you go:

Link " "CAS" is short for "Column Address Strobe". A DRAM memory can be thought of as a matrix, kind of like a spreadsheet with memory cells instead of numbers and formulas. Like the spreadsheet, each cell has a row address and a column address (like "AA57" or "R23C34" in the spreadsheet). As you might have guessed, there is also a RAS signal, which is shorthand for "Row Address Strobe". "

Now... if you want a *very* interesting read through the workings of DDR2 RAM, check this article out. (Yes, its a MB review... but just read it.) : http://www.anandtech.com/mb/showdoc.aspx?i=3208&p=4

this should be better, not sure why your having a hard time. i clicked the link, it brought up the pick then told it to go the orignal size.
