Hey new to the forums etc etc.....

Just wondering what you guys thought about the Audigy. Does it really improve sound well? Im using onboard audio(sigh) so yeah does it make a big difference? I run all my sound stuff thru a high end receiver and a pair of 140$ sony v700 dj headphones, so I decided a new sound card would help. Opinions?

If you make music I would not get it. The sound is not completly balanced, and you could do better for the money... Then again if you just like to play games / listen to mp3's I think it's probably fine.

Just wanted to add that yes, you will surely hear a big diferance to the onboard audio...
