TV Card & Pro-Logic Decoding

I have bought a set of DTT3500 5.1 speakers, and am wondering if it is possible to connect the amp/decoder to my rather crappy WinTV GO TV card to decode a Pro-Logic signal, or a Dolby Digital one for that matter. Any help will be much appreciated!

Dolby Pro Logic requires a stereo signal and Dolby Digital a dedicated digital output. The Win TV Go has neither.
