External enclosure recomendations?

I'm in need of a new drive enclosure in the 5.25" size for use with older Macs with firewire and newer machines with USB2. I need SATA and preferably IDE connections internal, does such a beast exist?

5.25" because I've had issues with heat in 3.5" enclosures before.

there are separate connections internally
but not eSATA and IDE in the same eclosure
you need to buy 2 separate eclosures for that

The only problem is that none that I've seen have both USB and firewre, in at least a 3.5" size or preferably a 5.25" size.

get a 3.5" with fans on it it wont overheat the HD...
