So I have a delema
I don't know what to do so I'm lookng for advice
It is better to get 1600 speed with cas 6
Or get faster speed with cas 8 or 9?
This is not for core i7
It's for 775

if you manage to get the fsb up to 1600 it's good news.
generally going for faster ram is better anyway because there is more memory bandwidth. supposing you have a dual core the 1600 one is good enough to keep the chip flooded with bandwidth
Gooosh. How can I be this blind? But yeah, no point going higher than 1600, propably not even with a i7, let alone a S775 CPU. BTW, I'm curious. Which RAM goes 1600 CL6?
even so dual channel DDR3-1600 cas8 has the same bandwidth as if you were running tri channel DDR3-1333 cas8 or was it cas 7. well in either case the tri kit will have more bandwidth since it is using the other 64bit lane in the other channel.
