is 550 watts enough to cool with pelts

i have a Koolance setup right now.

everything is watercooled, CPU,GPU, Northbridge, HDD

i was thinking of putting a 220 watt pelt on the CPU and a 80 watt pelt on the GPU

i have a enermax 550 watt PSP, so do you think this PSP will be big enough?

the system is a P4 1.7 so that takes some power away from it i know.

also, im worried about condensation. I would think that if i kept a constant air flow on the pelt it would help stop the condensation from forming

any help and suggestions are welcomed

For something as big as the 220 Watt Pelt I would say to get a bench power supply. One that will allow you to dial in just the right voltage for it. Cause if it says to run at 18volts and you hook it to the 550 watt PSU you will only be feeding it 12volts. For the 80 watt pelt the psu should be more than enough but if you want to try a 220 you will have to get another power supply. I would suggest looking on ebay for a variable power supply that can put out atleast 20 amps.

Unfortunately, I doubt the Koolance is going to be able to dissapate the heat from the pelts. Your dealing with over 400 watts of heat. That's heater core territory.

because i get just as good temps as most peoples systems they put together.

what part of my koolance is the problem? waterblock, reservoir, radiator?

please let me know, i don't want to waste my money

and, would a smaller pelt be good enougjh for the system and would the koolance support that?
