For a bit more, I would get this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128359 the UD3R. The UD3L seems to be very similar with the ICH10(UD3L) instead of ICH10R (UD3R) for the southbridge. I've not seen lots of people talking about OC'ing with the UD3L. I have seen quite a few people have great success with OC'ing on the UD3R.

I have the UD3R with an e5200. I got to 3.5ghz with no problems or effort on the stock cooler. I'm going to put it in my H2O rig this week then work on getting 4ghz and beyond. It has tons of options, very stable and a great layout. The difference in price after mail in rebate and shipping is less than $2.

The Asus you mention has the main power supply port on the MB near the middle rather than on the edge: http://www.newegg.com/Product/ShowI...US P5Q SE PLUS ATX Intel Motherboard - Retail That is the primary reason I didn't go with an Asus (the P5Q Pro and above do not have this issue with location). The P5Q and all the P5Q SE types have this placement. Maybe not a huge issue for you but definitely something to at least be aware of before purchase.
