I nabbed it on Steam ($14.99) yesterday and played through the first three worlds. I'm liking it! On a 24" screen the Van Gogh backgrounds are pretty slick. Also the audio score is perfect. Your impressions? Puzzle questions?

I bought it and thought it was fantastic. The puzzles were amazing, the music was great, it was a beautiful game. It's great for only $15.

I haven't beat it yet! I only played the first three worlds yesterday afternoon in between GTA4 and L4D!

I played the 360 version and really don't understand why everyone went so ga-ga over it.

I intend to get it as well. It's an indie game, and I usually like those. World of Goo was a damned masterpiece. Hurray for indie games!

I can understand your lack of enthusiasm, lots of people didn't see what the big deal was over portal of bioshock either.

Bioshock would've been better received and praised if the hype wasn't so intense. Imagine if there was hardly any hype at all and then Bioshock just came out of nowhere. I think it would've been heavily praised.

Portal is definitely an original and fresh idea which made FPS gaming accessible to many people.

Braid is simply gorgeous. It's an entirely original idea that's never been done before in platform gaming. It's a fantastic game and you'd be hard pressed to find a seasoned, old school hardcore gamer who would disagree.

The reason why new ideas, no matter how trivial, are heavily praised because new ideas, truly original concepts and the implementation of them, is something the current gaming industry needs. Even just a small original concept could result in a ripple effect that spawns an entirely new type of game.

Best 15$ I have spent in a long, long time. So far just cruising along doing the puzzles. Really one of the most beautiful games out there.
