Ram decision

Hi there, just wondering what would have better performance, 2GB ram, pc2-5300, 2x1GB sticks, or 2GB ram pc2-6400, 1x2GB stick.

Im unsure of what ram i should install, lol

I "need" them because I have a E6300 with 7x multiplier. I am running at near 500mhz FSB.
