If you're in Vista, and you're looking at official drivers i.e. signed by NVIDIA themselves, then 179.48 yields the highest indexes. If you don't mind getting modified ones, though, you could try DOX 185.20 drivers. When you install them you get the option to install a "Quality" version, a "Performance" one, as well as a Balanced one. This yielded (at least for me running 9300M GS) higher 3D Business and gaming performance index as opposed to the 179.48.
