Hey guys its been awhile since I posted here. I decided to upgrade a video card on my 4400+ system since one of my 6800GS died (was running in SLI) and I'm trying to figure out which one to get. I was either thinking between 9800GTX or GTX 260. I won't be running any high end games on this system, mainly WoW on 1680x1050 since my 6800GS can't seem to handle it to good. I had to turn off all the setting down to minimum and I'm still getting lag while in raid and etc...

So what would you guys suggest?

System Sepcs:

AMD 4400+
DFI NF4 SLI Expert
2GB DDR
Silverstone 560W

I would say a 9800gtx at most (aka gts 250 now), any higher than that would be too bottlenecked by your CPU. Unless you plan on upgrading it in the near future. But if you don't play much else than WoW then the current one is fine.

I will upgrade this system in future more then likely, but my main concern is if my PSU will be able to handle it.

Silverstone Zeus or Strider 560 W models can both handle those cards at ease. If you're unsure(capacitors worn, etc), get the GTS250 (130$, free shipping, might be less somewhere), it uses even less power than the old 9800 GTX(+).

I agree that the psu should be fine with the gts250 (which is a good recommendation). WoW is fairly cpu-dependent, have you got a decent OC on the 4400+? That could make a big difference on its own.
