Not if he has the 20Down/5Up account. would seem right on the money to me.

What ISP and location do you have.

25.5 would be sweet. Not slated for FIOS till next year in my part of South Jersey. Might get the 16Mbps plan from comcast though.

I always love running this speed test at work, then I go home and has a sad when it is ten times slower.

This is my home connection. Really I think I should get more for $50 a month but it destroys my connection at work.

Hit the nail on the head. I have no reason for a faster upload speed, so I didn't see the point in spending more for it.

So spoiled. I pay $100/month for this. Sometimes I get up to 1.5Mbit, but this is pretty standard.

This is how good comcast is in Chicago, 60$ a month. (I have powerboost as well)

I can get up to 3 megaBYTES per second from fileplanet.

Uploading a torrent or FTP ~ 600 kiloBYTES per second.

I can barely use this much bandwidth sometimes and I wish I could share it with others while I'm not using it :(

I wish my upload speed would be increased. My d/l speed is pretty wicked for cable, though.

Did you use a different server? When I go to twin cities on speedtest.net, I get about 10mbps max, but going to Chicago, I get about 92mbps download.

This result is skewed due to Powerboost, the connection is a 15/1. Still, for $40 CDN, it's pretty nice.
