I'm looking at the Coolink GFX Chilla. My problem is that it doesn't say if it is Crossfire compatable. I looked at Coolink's site and still no indication. So, I assume it is not compatable.
What I mean by not compatable is when the cooler blocks the bridge. I would like to know your experience with this issue and maybe get a list of high end (or not) aftermarket coolers that are Crossfire/SLI compatable. Thanks.

Thermalright have a few coolers which are compatible. the HR-03 series are dual card compatible, but without fans. the Thermalright T-Rad is dual card setup compatible with fans though.
i know the Zalman coolers are compatible (eg. FC-ZV9 and VF900-Cu, there's more).
Thermaltake Duo-Orb is also Xfire/SLi compatible.
not sure on any others.
EDIT: :welcome: to OCF if you're new :) lol

I don't have personal experience with that cooler... but Ive seen ppl do crossfire and sli with the accelero s1 rev2. Its height when mounted is much higher than the GFX Chilla. You should be fine with a flexible bridge.

Thanks for the welcome. They make flexable bridges? That would be awesome. I'll try and figure some measurments and see where it leads me. Thanks again.

Looks like it would work on the 4850's http://www.legitreviews.com/article/740/3/

I'm Looking at the 4890 in Crossfire. I'm working on a new build based on the i7. Spare funds are low, so it may take a while. I'll go for the case (Lian Li PC-A77B) and the PSU (Corsair HX1000) first, then mobo/CPU/cooling, then GPU/cooling. One thing I've learned from my first two builds is timming. I'll save and then buy the guts at the end. In my first build, I bought the mobo/CPU first and then regreted later when I finished. Tech progresses so fast. Wait three months, then you'll say I should have waited.

Scythe Musashi is also an option, but a bit pricey. Nebulous is very happy with his pair running in Xfire.

The accelero s1 also works, ou just have to squeez the bridge between the fins to do it.

as fir the GFX Chilla, I doubt you will have a problem unless you go trifire:)

Thanks for the link. Looks like I won't have a problem with the bridge. The review said the cooler could not be found in the US, but you can get it at AccusticPC.
I'm going to do some more research on other coolers based on the suggestions here before I decide. Thanks for all the help.
