Good price for an air-cooled system

I was looking around prices on fans for air-cooling your OCed CPU, but I'm not really sure what's a good price or a bad price. So, what would you want to pay for a good air-cooled system (I'm assuming a couple of fans)?

Any suggestions on what fan(s) to get (I've never OCed before, this will be my first time)? Thanks.....
