I want to put that in my current PC, but will it be okay with my currnet power supply of FSP Group SAGA+400R ...

Looking at our handy list of psus in the stickys I see a big red sticker on FSP that says "stay away"

I can't stay away from it, its already inside my computer, but really will it work, that graphics card also comes with a molex to 6 pin adapter.
I'm really not sure.. looking at reviews of power supplies from that manufacturer don't put out as much power as they claim.

I thought FSP made good units. o.O
Unless the sticky says specific models. I haven't used any of their products, but I rarely see any bad reviews/comments about them.
Either way I think 350W may be a bit low. Check the amperage requirement for the 4830, and what's available on the +12V for the FSP unit.
You can look into this one as well. It's not a great unit, but much better than what you've asked so far. :P

Inexpensive but not cheap :)
FSP was highly regarded for a while because they made a lot of server grade PSUs IIRC.
Lately though their consumer grade PSUs are not performing as well as they used to.

Don't skimp on the PSU. I tried doing that simply because I ran out of money for my build. I tried pushing a single 512MB 4870 with the Hec 750w and I had nothing but problems. It took me 6 months to realize that it was not a part that should be skimped on, now I have my trusty Corsair TX750. I know its hard to drop cash on the psu because it doesn't seem like its going to increase performance in any way, but trust me, it's better to go with a good one.

The FSP units are good units. But that model shouldn't really be used for anything more powerful than a single core s754 or s939 AMD build, and was probably not even enough for that.
I say this because it was my PSU :)

Yah I just picked up a 900W FSP in trade. Upgrading my Silverstone 560W until I can get a high quality PSU. My purchase was more of a "I wonder if I am under powered" purchase than a "I am buying this for Life!"
currently fsp is in the "keep away from" area of the sticky, and OW review indicates it was severely compromised..

FSP is made by Forton, they used to be pretty rock solid PSUs, maybe they have gotten worse since 2004. Not sure.

They have, sadly. This is one of their latest and greatest designs:
