System restore on or off???

I heard that system restore drastically ruins system performance, so do you guys have it on or off???

Ehm, it takes a snapshot of ur system when u're idle every once in a while. Also when u install new drivers it'll create another snapshot as back up. Turning it on will (I think) also have it auto scan/defrag when u're idle.

It does everything when u're idle. it won't kill performance at all. Of course if you already have ghost then you don't really need it.
