Should I get this hard drive

I am in need of a new HD with more storage, and have some questions:

First, is this one a good buy?

- From what I read, that is a RAID drive, do they offer any better performance?
- How good are Samsung drive?
- How much should I expect to pay, I plan on making a upper limit bid and would like to know in what ballpark it should be in.

Also, how would I migrate all my stuff from this hard drive I am currently using to a new one?

the samsung F1's are really good drives but im not to sure about that one.... and yes raid will offer way better performance but you need 2 drives for raid
