Gigabyte EP45-UD3R + 8GB of Mushkin

A lot of people warned me that this mobo could be picky about RAM and moreso that the odds of me getting 8GB to boot were slim. Well I picked up 8GB of Mushkin and there have been no issues. I am running 2GB x 4 at 1066 with 5-7-7-24 timings which are the default. I set the voltage at 2V and MCH to 1.2. Mobo fw revision is F6. I am of course going to OC the CPU and fiddle with the timings but I just wanted to let the curious know that 8GB of Mushkin run great with this mobo.

Thanks for the info. I have 2x2 gb of G.Skill sitting here and afraid to try it in my UD3R. You have inspired me, so maybe I'll get it done soon.
