does this sound like i need a new psu??

when i up the vcore to my cpu to 1.85v my 5v rail drops to like 4.7x and when i turn the vcore down to like 1.65v my 5v rail is at 4.95..... i think i need a new psu.... its an antec 300 watt but now i dont think its enough

Assuming you followed the procedure outlined in this thread:

and determined that the voltage drop is indeed occuring in your PSU, not your ATX connector, then you need a bigger PSU.
