Which of these sticks?

My buddy sent me a nib Phenom 810 so I need to get new mainboard and ram. I am looking at the DFI http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813136067 even tho they just removed the instant rebate

I plan to put the chip under phase-change so naturally want to oc the hell out of it, but I can't spend an arm and a leg on parts.

So I was looking at either:
OCZ Platinum http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820227297 (which they also just removed the instant rebate)

Or the Mushkin http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820146777

mushkin, lower latency and lower voltages. the ocz isnt very different and is a lot cheaper, but if your going to oc the mushkin will perform better.
