I've got it now and now I'm going to talk about it.

After two 500meg patches I'm ready to rock. (Actually, let's just call it 5 gigs worth of patches since the first patch screwed up my install and I had to reboot three times, delete the directory, and install patches 1.2 and 1.4 again...)

The beach landing is one of the most amazing things I've seen in a game to date.

...like Crysis with a sense of direction.

i love CODWaW. it's easily the best WWII game for the computer, not to mention the MP. i got it last christmas :santa:

Yes, I thought the sense of "being there" on the beach landing was awesome. I play MP with my clan every night.

I loved it when it first came out, then all the spawn campers from CoD4 bought the game and made it pretty retarded, haven't played it since then. Rather play a game that takes skill than spray & pray // aim at spawn point -> fire when spawn.

Play promod in COD4 if you dont like spray and prayers. Or play S&D, TDM is always going to have campers. Then again all pub servers have campers.
