Building a new i7 system. Core I7 920, Gigabyte EX58-UD3R BIOS Updated to F5, and OCZ Gold 6GB Triple Channel 1600. I've been out of the overclocking game for a while. I loaded up CPU-Z and saw my memory running at 533mhz (using OCS Gold 6GB triple channel.)

As you can see, my memory is running at 533mhz and it does show this on the memory tab.

If it's running at 533mhz, that means my memory is running at spec ddr3 1600. But newegg says ddr3 1600 is PC12800. If this is the case, why does my max bandwidth show PC38500F. I did set all the timings according to what newegg says the timings are 8-8-8-24. In Everest, I'm seeing Memory read at 11621 MB/sec and Memory write at 7768 MB/sec. Seeing the memory read at 11621 MB/sec makes me optimistic that my memory is running at spec 533 x3 = 1599 (at the rated DDR3 1600 rated spec) and close to 12000 MB/sec. Just odd that OCZ shows the max differently.

Thanks!
