I have a 500GB Seagate HDD with my OS running on it (as well as ALL of my iTunes music). I woke up this morning to the Blue Screen of Death and nearly crapped my pants.
I ran some recovery CD's only to discover that the Seagate HDD is not even being recognized any longer. I am having it replaced by Alienware but before I send it back I'm wondering if anyone has had any issues with this before?

PS - Can I redownload my purchased songs from iTunes without having to rebuy them?
