I was wondering if you should fill in the pits on those ones too. I want mine to default to 1.85 volts. The reason I ask is because it took 3 hours for me to get the L1's done, I really don't want to spend another 3 doing this. If they do have to be filled in, too bad for me :) TIA

Oh well, I guess I will just try it and see what happens.

Can't your board change the VCore within the BIOS?

U don't want to short your chip by connecting the wrong stuff!!!

I can change it in the bios, but i need like 1.88 or 1.89 Vcore to get it 100% stable @ 1600MHZ. Right now it will crash after running burnk6 for about 2 hours. I have read that if you make the proc default to 1.85 and then set the Vcore in bios up to 1.85, you can sometimes get that teenie bit extra.

If I remember correctly the vcore bridges are the L11 on the XP...
Only a reminder

It won't make a difference, once the default VCore is set to 1.85V then u won't be able to change it in the BIOS unless you want less voltage of course.

Ask Doc about a volt mod.
