So my brother's 8gb flash drive died. He was too shy to try and get a replacement lol so he gave it to me if I helped sell his old computer parts. So I talk on live chat and they told me I will get an email in around an hour with rma instructions. The chat was less than 5 minutes! About 45 minutes later I get the email to rma it. I will update once I receive it back.
