I can't find it anywhere in the BIOS. Is there a program to do this for me or something? I have 4GB of RAM, in 2 of 2GB DDR2 800MHz sticks. Can anyone help? People tell me that overclocking my RAM will make a big difference in games.

hey, :welcome:
if you can't find the overclocking settings, i'm betting there's a key you have to press to unlock the overclocking menu. Gigabyte boards have this as well (some of them).

it's F1 on GA boards, googled your mobo and cuodln't really find anything. hopefully somebody with an ASRock board comes by :p

and RAM will not increase your gaming FPS by anything more than 1-2fps.
the main piont of higher bandwidth ram is to allow for more FSB overclocking headroom. even if you just want tighter timings, you won't see much real life difference.
