DONE! :) PICS AS PROMISED
Enclosure is finished.. came out OK for hand tools methinks... Tried to get creative with the photos..
...theres a reason I'm not a photographer.. LOL
View of radiator shroud from top while off the PC. Paint finish is pretty darn close to the bumpy gloss
black on the TT Armor... Meets seamlessly with the top of the case

very nice work on the shroud, i like the black strips.
I don't care if it's a pentium 90, that loop is something to be proud of, and the rad enclosure is a very nice, and fairly original, design. Again, kudos to you(now quit making me look bad :P)

Nice work there Zagi on the WC, and Rad shroud, very impressive indeed!!
Thanks guys. The shroud was a pain to build... lol. Spent hours bending aluminum with just a couple C-clamps and a broken paint stick (literally).
Glad to hear others think it was worth it :)
EDIT:
Needed some humor...
Please Note: In case of a leak, my flood gauge stands at the ready to record the cataclysm.

I think you did an awesome awesome job. Putting the loop in a nice clean setup.
I have to talk about your radiator mod setup. I dunno.... It's one of the best, most original ones I have seen in a while and just freakin rokks big time.
Proud of ya, you did awesome. Glad OCForums was your source for this build.

I definitely agree with the quality of the radiator housing, that's really great looking and even better, it blends well with your case. Excellent job!

nice. how does it sound?
Awesome. Looks really cool. Enjoy it and thanks for sharing pics!
nice. how does it sound?
Somewhere between a Cessna Citation and a Learjet 45.... Its not going to be quiet until I ditch the junky Apevia blue led fans. The video cards sound like hair dryers also.
BUT, if you leave those unplugged.. its nice and quiet.
Rivatuner is your friend on the video cards if you can that a small hit and turn them down.....
I actually have rivatuner turn the fans to 100% on startup. I've been sitting next to a wind tunnel for 2 years now. I'll put up with the noise for a few degrees less heat... lol. New video cards are the next item on the list. Just waiting for something that really impresses me to come out.

Indeed. Very nice job
Uploading youtube stuff now.. should be available within a couple hours. HQ will take a little longer so give it time...
I really didnt expect just a cpu loop to get this much attention. Thanks guys! Makes me feel good... lol

wow nice job with that shroud bro very very different you have a great imagination lol
Great job very original , to bad u haven't included in your videos how was it working with the braided hose .
Doh! You're right... I dont think I even mentioned it once... Oops! :-/ If you're curious though... it was actually one of the easier parts of the build. The sleeve cut cleanly with kitchen shears and was a snap to work over the hose. I definitely recommend trying it if you like the looks.

That has to be one of the coolest mods i have seen. is the power supply under the radiator? Well done!

Just so you know. My 3d marks beats your 3d marks by 2000 and it's a whole lot uglier, LOTS!.
A stellar first result. Your IQ is not 100, it's higher for sure. A WC noob doesn't make this first attempt resut unless they have smart parents. Your parents should be proud of your waste of money on watercooling and the wonderful result.
Great job. Not Shazza or DD build, but very good.
That looks quite nice! I love the DIY rad shroud on the top. +1
is the power supply under the radiator?
Yup, sure is.

Great job.
Your parts are also, what? A year and a half newer than mine :) hehe
And idk about the IQ, but thanks anyway. lol

Very, very nice dude. Gnarly setup for CPU only, need to get an i7 and actually push it.
Love the craftsmanship and attention to detail, keep it up
this is a very nice mod, especially for a first timer. When compared to my first attempts, they pale in comparison. I however couldn't stand the loud volume of the thing. It would drive me nuts. The radiator mount looks very stylish and is very original.
Maybe I'll have to pull out the webcam and do some videos when I start my next project.

love the metal braiding on the tubes
meh ive seen better....
just kidding, man this looks awesome, One thing i like to point out if you dont mind, the res seems to high, shouldn't it be lower? i remember reading where the res should lower then the loop due to gravity or something.

It's easier to bleed at a low point, and easier to fill (bubbles go up) at a high point... I've ran both ways and never seen that make a difference in temps at all.
I can only see gravity being a problem if you were trying to pump it straight up and and added like 4 feet of head.
Thought I'd actually post a screenshot of my temps... room was a little cooler today. Dunno the ambient.. sry. But it was in the mid 70's.
After a full run on OCCT... I'm happy.. hehe

Should say I THINK 23c is below room temp.. it seems a bit too far off from the others at least...

Got to say Zagi thats one hell`ov a space ship.

Dont get me started... been looking for the Rockford Files theme tune for a month.
Asthetics fairly low on my prority (Few friends #Chuckles#)
I like my made in two minutes turbo nail look anyhow... As you get older you haud stuff on the `that`ll come in handy` premis and if you dont utilise it at some point your place fills up with `handy junk` im a vet in poking round cellars and forgotten cupboards.
got enough spares to cool another computer here... just need another quad core CPU when there going out of fasion... not time to buy a Q9x this week though.

LOL, I already do that... Every few months I have to go through all my crap and cull out the more useless items to make room for more junk...
As for the rockford files theme... you could just rip the audio off of youtube
