Hi guys
Anyone got an ASUS EN9800GT 512mb? I am playing Empire Total War and the fan from this thing is absolutely driving me mad!
On the campaign map the card cooler just runs at full speed constantly, after 10-15mins it will stop for about 5mins then again! So annoying!
Getting a 4800 series card next week, is it common for all cards to be this loud?
When I minimized ETW the fan switches back immediately to idle fan speed!
p.s reinstalled the heatsink, cleaned the fan etc still the same,wife not happy "she said put a towel over the case hmmm!"
