DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) @ 4-4-4-12
DDR2 1066 (PC2 8500) @ 5-5-5-15
DDR800 @ 4-4-4 will perform very close to DDR1066 @ 5-5-5. The DRR800 will limit you to a 400MHz FSB, and the DDR1066 will allow a 533MHz FSB - so it is the faster memory.
The PC2 8500 is the better buy too.

Dude do not get less than 4gb!! For 20 bucks more, the benefits are SOOO worth it. I like 8gb personally with prices so low!
Lower timing = better. The best memory deal on newegg (I use the ram it is fantastic) on newegg is 54+free shipping for 2x2gb gskill cas5 1066

That board rocks! Frankly it is unlikely any ddr2 will go that fast. You will have to use crappy timings to get much past 1066. I suggest that 1066 is the best price/performance on the market.
The only ddr2-1200 I found on newegg was http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231201 and the price is just insane. Go with 1066 for 50-60 per 4gb, indulge and get 8 heh

Here is the final build. Its more of a HTPC machine just need to get to my files and stuff which is why I did not go with the Ram you recommended Malakai. Only using windos XP 32bit now until Windows 7 is released.
What do you think about ram will it work in the board? The other boards in the same series says it does the Asrock A790GXH and A790GMH.
If all doesnt go well will definitely pick up the GSkill you mentioned
AsRock AOD790GX

There is absolutely no reason to get DDR1150 with an AMD BE CPU. You should have stuck with the DDR1066 2x1GB kit, or even the DDR800 2x1GB would be fine.
Most overclocks I've seen with the BE CPUs don't increase the FSB at all, they just increase the multi since it is unlocked. The RAM won't run DDR1150 unless you overclock the FSB.
